Galleries

Galleries are sets of photos inside a portfolio. Each gallery has its own photos, collections, settings, visibility, and publishing status.

New galleries start with one default collection, which is not shown by name on the public gallery.

Galleries can be arranged into sections within a portfolio. See Organize your portfolio.

After the first named collection is added, collections appear as a row of tabs in the gallery editor. Use collections to divide photos by scene, date, location, delivery stage, or any structure that fits the work.

Gallery editor

The editor is where you upload, organize, preview, and publish a gallery.

Area	Purpose
Top bar	Switch between the Edit, Desktop, and Mobile modes
Share	Open the Share gallery dialog: visibility, gallery link, password protection, expiry, and publishing
Left panel	Presentation settings, and the Access tab for download settings, the resolution cap, and the watermark
Canvas	View, select, reorder, and move photos
Collections	Move between collections and reorder or rename them

Trash and restoring galleries

To take a gallery out of a portfolio, right-click it in the dashboard and choose Move to trash. Visitors can no longer open it.

Galleries stay in Trash for 30 days. Open Trash in the sidebar and select a gallery to Restore it, or choose Delete permanently to delete it straight away. After 30 days in Trash, a gallery is deleted and can't be restored.

Photos removed from a gallery do not go to Trash.
