Galleries

Galleries are photo sets inside a portfolio. Each gallery has its own content, collections, display settings, access settings, and publishing status.

New galleries start with one default collection. The default collection is not shown as a tab on public gallery pages.

After the first named collection is added, collections appear as tabs in the gallery editor. Use collections to group photos by scene, date, location, delivery stage, or any structure that fits the work.

Gallery editor

The editor is where you upload, organize, preview, and publish a gallery.

Area	Purpose
Top bar	Switch between Edit, Desktop preview, and Mobile preview
Share button	Open link sharing, password, expiry, and publishing options
Left panel	Configure presentation and access settings
Canvas	View, select, reorder, and move photos
Collection tabs	Move between collections and reorder or rename them
