Expiry dates

An expiry date limits how long visitors can view a gallery from its public link.

Expiry can be used with private, unlisted, and public galleries.

Set an expiry date

1. Open the gallery and click Share
2. Open the password protection and expiry settings
3. Enable expiry
4. Choose the expiry date or time
5. Save the access settings

After expiry, visitors cannot view the gallery from its public link. The gallery and photos remain available in the dashboard.

Expiry changes apply immediately when saved. Publishing the gallery is not required for expiry changes.

Change or remove expiry

Open the password protection and expiry settings to change the date or remove expiry.

Changes apply immediately when saved.

Notes

• Expiry controls access; it does not delete photos
• An expired gallery can be republished later by changing or removing the expiry
• Expiry can be combined with password protection
