Your Folio account contains your portfolios, galleries, storage, and plan.

Portfolios

When you sign up, Folio prompts you to create a portfolio. A portfolio has a name, a description, and a Folio address. You can edit the name and description from the dashboard, and the Folio address in Settings › Portfolio › Domains.

Galleries

Galleries are created inside portfolios. Each gallery has its own photos, collections, settings, visibility, and publishing status.

Account management

Storage usage is shown in Settings › Workspace. Plans and billing are in Settings › Workspace › Plans.

Delete your account

Go to Settings → Account and choose Delete account. You will be asked to sign in again to confirm.

• Your public pages and shared links go offline straight away.
• Your account, portfolios, galleries and photos are permanently deleted 14 days later.
• If you have a paid plan, it won't renew. The current period isn't refunded.
• To change your mind, sign in during the 14 days and choose Keep my account.

After deletion, your portfolio addresses stay reserved for 90 days before anyone else can use them.

A workspace you own is deleted with your account, even if other people belong to it. They are emailed when you request the deletion and keep their own accounts. Workspaces you only belong to stay, along with what you added to them.
