Storage & quotas

Storage usage is based on uploaded files.

What counts

• Uploaded photos and source files
• Files kept in galleries and portfolios

Generated previews and thumbnails may be created for display and processing. Use the storage number shown in account settings for the current total.

Check usage

Open account settings to view current storage usage.

When storage is full

If storage is full, uploads may be paused until space is available.

To reduce usage:

• Delete photos that are no longer needed
• Delete galleries that are no longer needed
• Delete portfolios that are no longer needed
• Change plan if additional storage is required

Deleting content can affect published galleries. Review public galleries before removing files.
