Portfolio settings

Portfolio settings control the public information attached to a portfolio. They are in Settings, under the Portfolio group.

Tab	Contains
Branding	Portfolio name, description, links, and custom branding such as your logo
Domains	The Folio address and any custom domain
Watermarks	The watermarks you can apply to galleries

Editable portfolio details

The portfolio name, description, and Folio address are set when you create the portfolio.

You can edit the name and description from the dashboard by clicking the displayed title or description, or in Settings › Portfolio › Branding. The Folio address is edited in Settings › Portfolio › Domains.

Option	Description
Portfolio name	The name shown to visitors
Description	Short public summary for the portfolio
Folio address	The portfolio's folio.photo address
Links	Public links to your other profiles

Links

Add links in Settings › Portfolio › Branding. Only add links that should be visible to visitors.

Public galleries

Public galleries are listed on the portfolio homepage. Private and unlisted galleries are not listed there.

When a gallery's visibility is changed from private to public, it appears on the portfolio homepage once it is published.

Custom domains

If a portfolio uses a custom domain, galleries in that portfolio are served from that domain. See Custom domains.

Deleting a portfolio

A portfolio is deleted from Settings › Portfolio › Branding with Delete portfolio. This deletes every gallery in the portfolio. It can't be undone, and the galleries can't be restored from Trash.
