Collections
New galleries start with one default collection. The default collection is not shown as a tab on public gallery pages.
Click + Add collection in the gallery editor to create the first named collection. After that, collection tabs appear in the editor and can be edited.
Collections are useful for grouping photos by shoot segment, day, location, scene, or delivery type.
Collections can be reordered with drag and drop. To rename a collection, double-click its name.
Editor modes
The top bar in the gallery editor has three tabs:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Edit | Manage photos, collections, display options, and access settings |
| Desktop | Preview the published gallery at desktop size |
| Mobile | Preview the published gallery at mobile size |
Left panel
The left panel opens to the Presentation tab by default. Use it to edit display options for the gallery.
The Access tab includes options for downloads, maximum resolution, and watermarking. See Add and organize photos and Watermarking.

After creating the gallery, add photos with the upload button or by dragging files into the editor window.
