Create a gallery
A gallery is a set of photos inside a portfolio. Each gallery has its own title, photos, settings, visibility, and publishing status.
Creating a gallery
- Open your portfolio from the dashboard
- Click New gallery
- The new gallery opens in the gallery editor
- Click the title or description to edit them
- Add an optional date or date range
- Add collections if you want to divide the gallery's photos
The gallery title and description can be edited directly in the gallery editor by clicking the displayed text.

Collections
A collection is a named group of photos within a gallery. New galleries start with one default collection, which is not shown by name on the public gallery.
Click Add collection in the gallery editor to add the first named collection. After that, collections appear as a row of tabs in the editor and on the public gallery.
Collections are useful for dividing photos by shoot segment, day, location, scene, or delivery type.
Collections can be reordered with drag and drop. To rename a collection, double-click its name.
Editor modes
The top bar in the gallery editor switches between three modes:

Left panel
The left panel has two tabs.
Presentation is open by default. It holds the presentation settings, which control how the gallery looks.
Access holds the download settings, the resolution cap, and the watermark. See Add and organize photos and Watermarking.
Visibility, password protection, and expiry are set from Share. See Preview and publish.
Next step
After creating the gallery, add photos by clicking Upload or by dragging files into the editor window.
